Payroll and Software Support
CanPay offers technical support for company administrators and support leads only (employees with pay stub issues must contact their payroll administrator directly). To help us serve you efficiently, please include the following information when you contact our support team:
- Your name, company and contact information.
- Your CanPay product name.
- A detailed description of the issue.
Toll-Free Phone Support
Company administrators and support leads can call our support line at 1-800-665-5129 during regular business hours (see bottom of page). During peak times, you may be asked to leave your name and number in order to receive a call back from a CanPay Support representative. Most calls are returned the same business day.
Company administrators and support leads can email support team at email@example.com. A CanPay support representative will respond to your question promptly, usually the same business day.
We also provide live online sessions for issues where phone or email support may not be suitable. Remote access allows us to work with you as though our support staff are sitting at your computer.
